I strongly  recommend Nate Wilkins as an OUTSTANDING  personal  trainer.  I have used Nate for an extended period and here are three specific reasons why I think he is a great trainer:

1.EXCELLENT LISTENER: Nate listens carefully to each client’s personal situation, state of mind and fitness goals.

2. EACH SESSION IS  PLANNED FOR THE PARTICULAR CLIENT:   Nate carefully and thoughtfully tailors each session to meet the  individual  client’s situation and best accomplish their  personal  goals. We have all had trainers who run through their standard routine on the machines and weights for all clients. . That’s not Nate.  Training with him is planned around what YOU  want to accomplish.

3. NATE IS A REAL PROFESSIONAL:  Nate approaches every session with a very positive attitude  and  plan for the day. He is up to date on developments in fitness and latest techniques. He uses weights and machines and stretching  and makes it fun. I look forward to each session with Nate.

I have been training with Nate for over three years, and during that time my physical fitness and overall conditioning have definitely improved.  When I started working with Nate I had recently retired.  I had spent many years in management roles where I was inactive and sat for hours attending meetings or sitting at my desk.  Though I was not overweight I was not in good shape.

Nate has tailored an exercise program just for me.  And he has continued to modify it as I have improved.  When I began I was not able to do nearly as much as I can now do.  My strength, muscle tone and endurance have all increased.  I enjoy our training sessions and look forward to them.

I definitely am glad I decided to work with Nate and am pleased to recommend him.

Qualities you want in a coach. Again, they will definitely address your needs as well as give you nutritional tips making sure you’re aware of your posture, they will also teach you to adopt a different attitude towards health and fitness and prove you that age is irrelevant if you stay focused and disciplined with your routines.

I have enjoyed Shebah's classes for about ten years. I regularly went to her class at 7 a.m., three times a week, for an intensive one hour workout that systematically activated and worked virtually all muscles and enhanced mobility. With her very proactive and inspiring attitude, she was highly motivating, challenging everybody to try  their best. She also took the time to give personal attention and advice to all participants. Shebah was very creative in the structure of her classes. In ten years, I think she never gave the same class. The results of the workouts with her were spectacular. Although I am a mature senior, I felt like a poster boy for "70 is the new 50". A frequent slogan among the participants of Shebah's class was: "Younger by the day".
